Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nomad Pads website, waitlist, listings, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Nomad Pads Operations SAPI de CV ("Nomad Pads," "we," "us," or "our") in Mexico City, Mexico.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nomad Pads connects prospective tenants and property owners with furnished housing options in Mexico City. During pre-launch, the Service may include waitlist registration, property listings, informational content, and inquiry forms. Availability of specific units, lease terms, and pricing are subject to change until a written lease is executed.

We do not guarantee that any listing will be available, that an application or waitlist signup will result in a lease, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

If you create an account, sign in with a third-party provider, join the waitlist, submit an inquiry, or complete onboarding, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Listings and marketing materials are for informational purposes. A rental relationship is formed only when you and Nomad Pads (or the applicable lessor) execute a separate written lease or agreement. Lease terms—including rent, deposit, duration, utilities, and termination—are governed by that document and applicable Mexican law.

Nomad Pads may act as a master lessee or operator depending on the property. Specific roles and obligations will be disclosed before you sign.

We may verify identity, income, credit history, and rental references as part of our screening process. Approval is at our sole discretion. Meeting minimum criteria does not guarantee acceptance.

The Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Nomad Pads or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party tools (for example, authentication, maps, or payment processors). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOMAD PADS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nomad Pads from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Mexico City, Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
