About this place

I'm an artist and filmmaker. I rent the main bedroom, which has its own private bathroom, balcony, and desk, while I use the other two bedrooms as my bedroom and studio, to provide privacy in the shared areas. The apartment is spacious, and its layout provides a strong sense of independence between the different areas, making it very comfortable to share. Even when sharing the apartment, each person has a good sense of their own space and privacy. If you are interested in renting the entire apartment, we can also coordinate dates and discuss the terms. I TRAVEL A LOT. I'm looking for someone who values a peaceful, respectful home. This is a quiet space, ideal for working, reading, creating, or simply enjoying a calm environment. Cleanliness, thoughtful communication, and care for the apartment and shared spaces are essential. I travel frequently, so it's important to me to share the space with someone I can trust to take good care of it while I'm away.
